What We Do
We run a booking and coordination service. When you call or send a form, we take down what's happening and where, then connect you with an independent local plumbing company from our partner network who can get out to your address and is set up for that specific job. We do not send our own plumbers and we do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
The Partner Company
The plumbing company that takes your job is independently owned and operated — it is not part of The Honest Plumber Jackson. Your contract for the plumbing work itself is with that company, not with us. The partner company provides its own written quote, carries out the work, and invoices and takes payment directly from you. Any warranty or guarantee on the work is the partner company's own, on whatever terms they set.
Payments
We do not take payment or issue invoices for plumbing work of any kind. Any payment for a repair, installation or inspection goes directly to the partner company that carried it out, on whatever terms they've agreed with you. If you have a billing question, raise it with that company first.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is set by the partner company, not by us, and is put to you in writing before any work begins. We do not quote jobs, guarantee a price, or promise a timeframe on this website or over the phone. Ask the partner company to walk through their written quote before you agree to any work.
Complaints and Problems
If something goes wrong with the work itself, raise it with the partner company first — they carried it out and are best placed to put it right. If you can't get it resolved with them, call us at (601) 675-5285 and we will help chase it up on your behalf. We can't promise a particular outcome, since the work and the contract for it sit with the partner company, not with us.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your call or form submission and arranging a booking with a partner company. We are not responsible for that company's workmanship, pricing, scheduling or conduct, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Mississippi or federal law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
